McLandHR offers small to mid-sized employers the opportunity to have an HR Department without the cost of a full-time HR staff.

Laura McLand

Laura has over 10 years experience in Human Resources with the last six years in management positions.  She attended the University of Texas, Arlington for a BS in Criminal Justice, and received her Human Resources Management certification from Cornell University.  She received her PHR (Professional of Human Resources) certification from SHRM (The Society of Human Resource Management) and has been practicing in Dallas and Houston.

Partners

McLandHR only works with partners who can offer the client exceptional service with the confidentiality and professionalism that each client deserves.  She works closely with her Partners to make sure that the client's needs are being met, and often exceeded. 

Her partners include an Medical Insurance Professional to offer all options of Benefits to her clients. She also works closely with a P&C Insurance professional for all of the Workers Compensation needs.  Another partner is a CFO consultant, to help clients understand their financial goals and how to attain them.
